{5:103} God has not appointed [such innovations as] bahirah or saaibah or wasilah or ham. But those who disbelieve invent falsehood about God, and most of them do not reason.

I am quite surprised that this and other translations threw four transliterations out there without even attempting to explain them. What good will that do to the reader? Yusuf Ali translated them well. I suggest this based on his translation,

{5:103} God did not set up any [superstition like that of a] slit-ear she-camel, nor a she-camel let loose for free pasture, nor an idol sacrifice for twin-births in animals, nor a stallion-camel freed from work. Rather, the disbelievers invent against God untruth and most of them do not reason.

Quote:
{5:104} And when it is said to them, "Come to what God has revealed and to the Messenger," they say, "Sufficient for us is that upon which we found our fathers." Even though their fathers knew nothing, nor were they guided?

I suggest,
{5:104} And when it was said to them, "Come over to what God has sent down and to the Messenger," they said, "Enough for us is what we found thereupon our fathers." Even if their fathers had not known anything, nor found guidance?

Quote:
{5:105} O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided. To God is you return all together; then He will inform you of what you used to do.

The italicized word is a typo; it should be "your."

I suggest,
{5:105} O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. He who has strayed does not harm you, when you have found guidance. To God is your return altogether; then He [will] inform you of what you have been doing.
