I suggest,
{11:31} "And I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of God. And I do not know the Beyond. And I do not tell you that I am an angel. And I do not say to those upon whom your eyes look down that God will never grant them any good. God is most knowing of what is within themselves. Indeed, I would then be among the wrongdoers."

{11:33} He said, "God will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause [Him] failure.

I suggest,
{11:33} He said, "Verily, [it is] God [who] brings it to you, and you are not out-powering [God] in the least.

Instead of "the depositories [containing the provision] of God" I would simply say "the treasuries of God"
