Quote:
{12:25} And they both raced to the door, and she tore his shirt from the back, and they found her husband at the door. She said, "What is the recompense of one who intended evil for your wife but that he be imprisoned or a painful punishment?"

I suggest,
{12:25} And they both raced to the door, and she tore his shirt from the back, and they found her master at the door. She said, "What is the recompense of one who intended evil for your family except that he be imprisoned or a painful torment?"

Quote:
{12:26} [Joseph] said, "It was she who sought to seduce me." And a witness from her family testified "If his shirt is torn from the front, then she has told the truth, and he is of the liars.

I suggest,
{12:26} [Joseph] said, "[It was] she who sought to seduce me from my [pure] self." And a testifier from her family testified, "If his shirt was torn from the front, then she has told the truth, and he is of the liars."

Quote:
{12:27} But if his shirt is torn from the back, then she has lied, and he is of the truthful."

I suggest,
{12:27} "But if his shirt was torn from the back, then she has lied, and he is of the truthful."

Quote:
{12:28} So when her husband saw his shirt torn from the back, he said, "Indeed, it is of the women's plan. Indeed, your plan is great.

I suggest,
{12:28} So when he saw his shirt torn from the back, he said, "Indeed, it is of you women's wiling; Indeed, your wiling is huge."

Quote:
{12:29} Joseph, ignore this. And, [my wife], ask forgiveness for your sin. Indeed, you were of the sinful."

I suggest,
{12:29} "Joseph, turn away from this. And you [, my wife,] ask forgiveness for your sin. Indeed, you were of the sinful."

I would say "witness" rather than "testifier."

Quote:
I suggest,
{12:27} "But if his shirt was torn from the back, then she has lied, and he is of the truthful."

I couldn't detect the difference with the original translation here.

{12:28} So when he saw his shirt torn from the back, he said, "Indeed, it is of you women's wiling; Indeed, your wiling is huge."

I would say "it is of the wiling of you women"

The problem is that witness implies to many that they saw what happened. I know that's not the definition of the word, but it is what the average reader may think.

Only difference is the tense of the verb to be. I changed it from "is" to "was" to match the Arabic.

I like that,
{12:28} So when he saw his shirt torn from the back, he said, "Indeed, it is of the wiling of you women; Indeed, your wiling is huge."
