مايخفى is an active tense, not passive, therefore the translation "what is hidden" is grammatically incorrect though semantically correct. I suggest, "what hides out". Recall,

The more accurate translation of which would be "{3:5} Verily, nothing [can] hide out from God in the earth nor in the heaven."

So, for 87:7, I suggest,
{87:7} Except what God willed. Verily, He knows what is manifest and what hides out.

I would say "He knows the manifest and what hides out."

How about "vocalizing" instead? It is the word we used before and it is also appropriate here.

{87:7} Except what God willed. Verily, He knows the vocalizing and what hides out.
