Quote:
{7:46} And between them will be a partition, and on [its] elevations are men who recognize all by their mark. And they call out to the companions of Paradise, "Peace be upon you." They have not [yet] entered it, but they long intensely.
I suggest,
{7:46} And between the two [groups] is a partition, and on the Heights (its top) are men who recognize all by their features. And they would call out to the fellows of the Garden, "Peace be upon you." They have not [yet] entered it, but they long [for it].Quote:
{7:47} And when their eyes are turned toward the companions of the Fire, they say, "Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people."
I suggest,
{7:47} And when have been diverted their sights toward the inmates of the Fire, they would say, "Our Lord, do not set us with the wrongdoing folk."Quote:
{7:48} And the companions of the Elevations will call to men [within Hell] whom they recognize by their mark, saying, "Of no avail to you was your gathering and [the fact] that you were arrogant."
I suggest,
{7:48} And would call the fellows of the Heights to men [in Hell] whom they recognize by their features, saying, "It had not availed you your ganging and [the fact] that you have been deeming yourselves big."Quote:
{7:49} [God will say], "Are these the ones whom you [inhabitants of Hell] swore that God would never offer them mercy? Enter Paradise, [O People of the Elevations]. No fear will there be concerning you, nor will you grieve."
I suggest,
{7:49} [God will say], "Are these the ones whom you (inmates of Hell) swore [that] God would never reach out to them with a mercy? Enter the Garden [, O fellows of the Heights]. No fear shall there be upon you, nor shall you grieve."
