Quote:
{7:90} Said the eminent ones who disbelieved among his people, "If you should follow Shuayb, indeed, you would then be losers."

I suggest,
{7:90} And said the elite who disbelieved among his people, "Surely if you followed Shu`ayb, verily, you would then surely be losers."

Quote:
{7:91} So the earthquake seized them, and they became within their home [corpses] fallen prone.

I suggest,
{7:91} Thereupon seized them the quake, then morning came to them in their homes [dead] with their faces down.

Quote:
{7:92} Those who denied Shuayb - it was as though they had never resided there. Those who denied Shuayb - it was they who were the losers.

Excellent translation, but I'd change one word, "resided." The Arabic says that they had an easy life there, so I suggest,

{7:92} Those who belied Shu`ayb - it was as though they had not flourished therein. Those who belied Shu`ayb - it was they who were the losers.

Quote:
{7:93} And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the messages of my Lord and advised you, so how could I grieve for a disbelieving people?"

I suggest,
{7:93} And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I certainly did convey to you the messages of my Lord and have been earnest with you, so how [could] I mourn for a disbelieving folk?"

I would use "So the quake took them."

"Flourished" is an excellent choice.
