Quote:
{7:100} Has it not become clear to those who inherited the earth after its [previous] people that if We willed, We could afflict them for their sins? But We seal over their hearts so they do not hear.

There is a slight semantic in the italicized phrase which I don't want to see lost in the translation. I suggest,
{7:100} And has it not become plain to those who inherited the land after its [previous] people that if We will, We would hit them for their sins? But We stamp upon their hearts for they do not hear.

Quote:
{7:101} Those cities - We relate to you, [O Muhammad], some of their news. And certainly did their messengers come to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe in that which they had denied before. Thus does God seal over the hearts of the disbelievers.

I suggest,
{7:101} Those villages - We relate to you [, O Muhammad,] of their news. And certainly did their messengers come to them with clear evidences, but they were not to believe in what they had belied before. Thus does God stamp upon the hearts of the disbelievers.

Quote:
{7:102} And We did not find for most of them any covenant; but indeed, We found most of them defiantly disobedient.

I suggest,
{7:102} And We did not find for most of them any commitment; but We found most of them surely deviant.
