And they wronged Us not, but they were [only] wronging themselves.
I suggest,

Thereupon flowed copiously therefrom twelve springs. [That way,] every people did know their drinking place. And We shaded them with clouds and sent down upon them manna and the quails, [saying], "Eat from the wholesome things that We provided you." And they did not wrong Us, but they have been to themselves wronging.
