Quote:
{76:29} Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way.

I suggest,
{76:29} Verily, this is a reminder, so whoever has [so] willed [ought to] have taken for himself toward his Lord a course.

Quote:
{76:30} And you do not will except that God wills. Indeed, God is ever Knowing and Wise.

I suggest,
{76:30} And you do not will except that God wills. Verily, God has [always] been All-Knowing and Wise.

Quote:
{76:31} He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment.

I suggest,
{76:31} He admits whomever He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful torment.
