Quote:
{75:26} No! When the soul has reached the collar bones

Correct translation, but why not use the English word that was adapted from the Arabic, i.e., trachea? I suggest,
{75:26} No! When it (the soul) has reached the trachea.

Quote:
{75:27} And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?"

With all due respect to the translators, I humbly believe they are all wrong in their translation of راق. This word is an active participle from the verb رقى which may mean "chanting for one's cure" or "to ascend." It is the latter here. This verse is describing the curiosity of the angels at the time of someone's death. They ask, "Whose soul is ascending?" So, I suggest,
{75:27} And it is said, "Who is ascending?"

You can see that the latter is the more likely meaning when you consider

Quote:
{75:28} And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation

I suggest,
{75:28} And he (the dying one) has [now] suspected that it is departure [time].

Quote:
{75:29} And the leg is wound about the leg,

I suggest,
{75:29} And the leg has wound about the leg,

Quote:
{75:30} To your Lord, that Day, will be the procession.

{75:30} To your Lord that Day is the corralling.
