Quote:
{73:1} O you who wraps himself [in clothing],

"Bundled up" is a better translation of المزمل IMHO:

{73:1} O you bundled up! (Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him)

Quote:
{73:2} Arise [to pray] the night, except for a little -

Good translation.

Quote:
{73:3} Half of it - or subtract from it a little

Good translation. I'd just add a comma at the end to indicate continuation,
{73:3} Half of it - or subtract from it a little,

Quote:
{73:4} Or add to it, and recite the Quran with measured recitation.

I suggest,
{73:4} Or add to it, and recite the Quran with articulation.

Quote:
{73:5} Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word.

I suggest,
{73:5} Verily, We will cast upon you a heavy uttering.

Quote:
{73:6} Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.

ناشئة الليل means the onset of the night, not the hours of the night in general. Also, أقوم قيلا means it lends itself better to correct articulation because one is still awake but is no longer distracted by the affairs of the day. So, I suggest,
{73:6} Verily, the onset of the night has a stronger impression [on one's soul] and is more correct as per articulation [of words of worship].
