I suggest,
{6:37} And they say, "If only a sign was sent down upon him from his Lord!" Say, "Verily, God is Able to send down a sign, but most of them do not know."


The translation "Register" may be technically correct, but I always like to stick to the direct translation whenever possible, so I'd replace it with "the Book." "Register" is a perfect translation of سجل.

I suggest,
{6:38} And there is not a beast in the earth nor a bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book anything. Then unto their Lord they are gathered.


Yet another place where "verses" should be "signs."

I suggest,
{6:39} But those who belie Our signs are deaf and mute in the darknesses. Whomever God wills - He lets him stray; and whomever He wills - He sets him on a straight path.

Agreed, but I would make it small "the book."

That would imply that the book is the book of deeds. But the context suggests that it is the Book of all decrees because it includes the decree that all creatures are communities. Therefore, I think "the Book" with a capital B is in order.
