Quote:
{67:1} Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -

I suggest,
{67:1} Blessed is He in whose Hand is control, and He is over everything Powerful -

Quote:
{67:2} [He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -

I suggest,
{67:2} [He] who created death and life to scrutinize you [as to] which of you is better in deed - and He is the Almighty, the much Forgiving -

Quote:
{67:3} [And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Beneficent any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?

I suggest,
{67:3} [And] who created seven heavens layered. You do not see in the creation of the Beneficent any inconsistency. So, return [your] sight [to the sky]; do you see any break?

Quote:
{67:4} Then return [your] vision twice again. [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued.

I suggest,
{67:4} Then return [your] sight [to the sky] twice again; [Your] sight will rebound to you abased while it is retracting.

Quote:
{67:5} And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.

I suggest,
{67:5} And We have certainly decorated the nearest sky with lamps (stars) and have made them a stoning of the devils and have readied for them the torment of the Blaze.
