Quote:
{5:22} They said, "O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter."

I suggest,
{5:22} They said, "O Moses, verily, in it are intimidating folk, and verily, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then verily, we are entering."

Quote:
{5:23} Said two men from those who feared [to disobey] upon whom God had bestowed favor, "Enter upon them through the gate, for when you have entered it, you will be predominant. And upon God rely, if you should be believers."

I suggest,
{5:23} Said two men from those who feared [to disobey] - God had bestowed favor upon them, "Enter upon them [through] the gate, for when you have entered it, you are prevailing. And upon God then rely, if you have been believers."

Quote:
{5:24} They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here."

The word used is "sitting" not "remaining." I suggest,
{5:24} They said, "O Moses, verily, we will not enter it, never, as long as they are in it; so go you and your Lord and fight [them]. Verily, we right here are sitting."

I would say "we will be right here sitting" since my understanding of the Arabic word is for future intention rather than present continuous.
