I don't think that "conclusive" is needed. Proof is conclusive; it's evidence that needs collaboration before a conclusion can be made.
مبينا literally means "clarifying", so I'd use that instead of "clear."

{4:175} So those who believe in God and hold fast to Him - He will admit them to mercy from Himself and bounty and guide them to Himself on a straight path.
I suggest,
{4:175} So as for those who have believed in God and held fast to Him - then He will soon admit them to mercy from Himself and bounty and He guides them to Himself on a straight path.
