Quote:
{47:24} Then do they not reflect upon the Quran, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?

I suggest,
{47:24} Do they not then contemplate the Quran, or are upon some hearts their locks?

Quote:
{47:25} Indeed, those who reverted back [to disbelief] after guidance had become clear to them - Satan enticed them and prolonged hope for them.

I suggest,
{47:25} Verily, those who reverted back [to disbelief] after guidance had become clear to them - Satan enticed [it] for them and promised a long respite for them.

Quote:
{47:26} That is because they said to those who disliked what God sent down, "We will obey you in part of the matter." And God knows what they conceal.

I suggest,
{47:26} That is because they said to those who hated what God has been sending down, "We will obey you in part of the matter." And God knows their surreptitiousness.

Quote:
{47:27} Then how [will it be] when the angels take them in death, striking their faces and their backs?

I suggest,
{47:27} Then how [will it be] when the angels recall them [to death], striking their faces and their rears?

Quote:
{47:28} That is because they followed what angered God and disliked [what earns] His pleasure, so He rendered worthless their deeds.

I suggest,
{47:28} That is because they followed what umbraged God and hated His approval, so He sank their works.
