Quote: {3:169} And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of God as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision, I suggest, {3:169} And never you reckon those who have been killed in the cause of God as dead. Rather, [they are] alive with their Lord, provided for, Quote: {3:170} Rejoicing in what God has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. I suggest, {3:170} Rejoicing in what God has granted them of His bounty, and expecting glad tidings about those who have not [yet] joined them, left behind - that there shall be no fear concerning them, nor shall they grieve. Quote: {3:171} They receive good tidings of favor from God and bounty and [of the fact] that God does not allow the reward of believers to be lost - I suggest, {3:171} Anticipating glad tidings of favor from God and bounty and that God does not waste the reward of the faithful - |
