Quote:
{40:64} It is God who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a ceiling and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is God, your Lord; then blessed is God, Lord of the worlds.
As mentioned in another topic,
بناء does not mean ceiling, it means a well established building. Also, I'd change the preface of the translation to "God is the one who.."
{40:64} God is the one who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a structure and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is God, your Lord; then blessed is God, Lord of the worlds.Quote:
{40:65} He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. [All] praise is [due] to God, Lord of the worlds.
The last sentence does not need either interjection, i.e., "Praise is to God, Lord of the worlds." As we suggested for 1:1. Thus, I propose,
{40:65} He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. Praise is to God, Lord of the worlds.
