بناء does not mean ceiling, it means a well established building. Also, I'd change the preface of the translation to "God is the one who.."

The last sentence does not need either interjection, i.e., "Praise is to God, Lord of the worlds." As we suggested for 1:1. Thus, I propose,
{40:65} He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. Praise is to God, Lord of the worlds.
