Quote:
{36:77} Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary?
I suggest,
{36:77} Does man not see that We created him from a drop and all of a sudden he is a manifest adversary?Quote:
{36:79} Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
It is important here to notice that the Arabic says
كل خلق meaning "each creation", and not
كل الخلق which would mean "all creation." The distinction is particularly important because this answers the disbelievers doubt that bones which have become dust can be brought back. God says that He knows each of His creation and will resurrect each as it was even after it has become indistinguishable from others! So, I suggest,
{36:79} Say, "He will give them life who initiated them the first time; and He knows well each creation."Quote:
{36:83} So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.
I suggest this minor, but more accurate translation,
{36:83} Sanctified is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.
