Quote:
{35:7} Those who disbelieve will have a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds will have forgiveness and great reward.

I suggest,
{35:7} Those who disbelieve - for them is a severe torment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds - for them is forgiveness and a big reward.

Quote:
{35:8} Then is one to whom the evil of his deed has been made attractive so he considers it good [like one rightly guided]? For indeed, God sends astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. So do not let yourself perish over them in regret. Indeed, God is Knowing of what they do.

I suggest,
{35:8} Is then one for whom the evil of his deeds has been embellished so he sees it as good [like one who is guided?] For indeed, God misguides whom He wills and guides whom He wills. So, do not consume yourself over them in regrets. Verily, God is very Knowledgeable of what they do.
