Quote:
{33:53} O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But God is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of God or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of God an enormity.

I suggest,
{33:53} O you who have believed, do not enter the homes of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal - not awaiting its readiness, but when you are invited, then enter - and when you have eaten, disperse, nor lingering for conversation. Verily, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he shies away from [dismissing] you. But God does not shy away from the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for [some] convenience, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not for you to abuse the Messenger of God or to marry his wives after him, ever. Verily, that would be, in the sight of God, gross.

Quote:
{33:54} Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, indeed God is ever, of all things, Knowing.

I suggest,
{33:54} Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, verily God is ever, of everything, quite Knowledgeable.

Quote:
{33:55} There is no blame upon women concerning their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their brothers' sons or their sisters' sons or their women or those their right hands possess. And fear God. Indeed God is ever, over all things, Witness.

I suggest,
{33:55} There is no violation upon women concerning their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their brothers' sons or their sisters' sons or their women or those their right hands possess (that they mix with them). And watch out for God. Verily, God is ever, over everything, Witness.
