"Their term" needs explanation. I suggest "(grace) period."
I'd leave out the interjection "against them."
I suggest, "God is of everything Aware" instead of "God is Knowing of all things" to match the Arabic more closely.
Finally, I'd say "marrying" instead of "remarrying." "Remarrying" is redundant once we use the interjection "former".
To put it together,

And whoever does that has certainly wronged himself. And do not take the verses of God in jest. And watch out for God and know that God is of everything Knowledgeable.{2:232} And when you have divorced women and they have reached their (grace) period, then do not make it difficult for them to marry their (former) husbands if they have agreed among themselves properly. With that is advised whomever of you has been believing in God and the Final Day. That is better for you and purer, and God knows and you do not know.
