Quote:
{20:60} So Pharaoh went away, put together his plan, and then came [to Moses].

Excellent translation. However, "went away" may imply to some that he left for good. I suggest,
{20:60} So, Pharaoh turned out, put together his plan, and then came [to the festival].

Quote:
{20:61} Moses said to the magicians summoned by Pharaoh, "Woe to you! Do not invent a lie against God or He will exterminate you with a punishment; and he has failed who invents [such falsehood]."

I suggest,
{20:61} Moses said to them (the magicians summoned by Pharaoh), "Woe to you! Do not invent a lie against God or He will exterminate you with a torment; and he has failed who invents [such falsehood]."

Quote:
{20:62} So they disputed over their affair among themselves and concealed their private conversation.

I suggest,
{20:62} So, they disputed their affair among themselves, and made private the conversation.

Quote:
{20:64} So resolve upon your plan and then come [forward] in line. And he has succeeded today who overcomes."

Excellent translation, but I'd change it slightly as follows,
{20:64} So resolve upon your plan and then come [forward] in line. And he has succeeded today who has the upper [hand]."
