Quote:
{18:85} So he followed a way
{18:86} Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a spring of dark mud, and he found near it a people. God said, "O Dhul-Qarnayn, either you punish [them] or else adopt among them [a way of] goodness."
{18:87} He said, "As for one who wrongs, we will punish him. Then he will be returned to his Lord, and He will punish him with a terrible punishment.
{18:88} But as for one who believes and does righteousness, he will have a reward of Paradise, and we will speak to him from our command with ease."
I suggest,
{18:85} So, he pursued one route.{18:86} Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a dark mud. And he found at it a folk. We said, "O two-horned one, either you torment, or you earn in them [for yourself] benevolence."{18:87} He said, "As for him who has wronged, we will torment him. Then he will be returned to his Lord, and He will torment him an indescribable torment."{18:87} "But as for him who has believed and done a righteous [deed], then for him is the recompense of the most beautiful [reward] (Paradise). And we will say to him our mild command (task him lightly)."
