Good translation. I'd make a slight change,
{17:82} And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not add to the wrongdoers but loss.

Quote:
{17:83} And when We bestow favor upon the disbeliever, he turns away and distances himself; and when evil touches him, he is ever despairing.

The Arabic does not say "the disbeliever", it says, "man." I suggest,
{17:83} And when We bestow favor upon man, he turns aside and keeps at a distance by his side (does not appreciate); and when evil touches him, he is ever so despairing.
