{17:94} And what prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them except that they said, "Has God sent a human messenger?"

{17:94} And nothing prevented people from believing when came to them the guidance but that they said, "Has God sent a human messenger?"

Quote:
{17:96} Say, "Sufficient is God as Witness between me and you. Indeed he is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing."

The pronoun "he" should be in upper case. I suggest,
{17:96} Say, "Sufficed God a Witness between me and you. Verily, He has ever been, of His worshipers, All-Aware, All-Seeing."
