{15:71} [Lot] said, "[I offer you in marriage] these my daughters, if you must do [what you intend to do]."

Good suggestion for 15:70,
{15:70} They said, "Did we not forbid you from [hosting] people?"

As for 15:71, the Arabic is terse, because it assumes the reader knows the intent, but many readers get the wrong interpretation, so an interjection is necessary here IMHO.
