{13:40} And whether We show you some of what We promise them or recall you [with death], upon you is only conveyance, and upon Us is the accounting.

{13:41} Have they not seen that We set upon the land, reducing it from its borders? And God decides; there is no adjuster of His decision. And He is swift in account.

I suggest,
{13:41} Did they not see that We come upon the earth reducing it from its peripheries? And God rules; there is no adjuster of His ruling. And He is swift in accounting.
