Quote:
{12:65} And when they opened their baggage, they found their merchandise returned to them. They said, "O our father, what [more] could we desire? This is our merchandise returned to us. And we will obtain supplies for our family and protect our brother and obtain an increase of a camel's load; that is an easy measurement."

I suggest,
{12:65} And when they opened their baggage, they found their merchandise returned to them. They said, "O our father, We do not transgress; this is our merchandise returned to us. And [, when we take our brother,] we will obtain supplies for our family, protect our brother and obtain an increase of a camel's load; that is an easy measure."

Quote:
{12:66} [Jacob] said, "Never will I send him with you until you give me a promise by God that you will bring him [back] to me, unless you should be surrounded by enemies." And when they had given their promise, he said, "God, over what we say, is Witness."

I suggest,
{12:66} [Jacob] said, "I will not send him with you until you give me a promise by God that you will bring him [back] to me, unless you should be surrounded [by enemies]." And when they had given their promise, he said, "God, over what we say, is Warden."

Good translation, with only two remarks:

1. How about "we will nourish our family"

2. Can you elaborate on "warden"

Well, نمير does not mean "to nourish," it means "to obtain supplies." The point the sons were making was that if they do not do as Joseph asked, they will no longer be able to trade with Egypt and that's the supply line.

As for "warden," I got that from Pickthall's translation and I thought it was very accurate. وكيل does not mean "witness" but rather "in charge" which is what the word "warden" means.

My bad. I thought the Arabic word was another one. Warden is a very good translation.
