I suggest,
{12:70} So when he had furnished them with their supplies, he put the drink bowl into the bag of his brother. Then an announcer called out, "O camels (caravan), you must be thieves."

I suggest,
{12:71} They said after they approached them, "What do you miss?"

That would be, IMHO, a translation of ما أنتم فاقدون؟
I agree with your other two suggestions.
