Dr. Mustafa Zayd reports in his book النسخ في القرآن الكريم, volume 2, page 265 (item 1154), that An-Nahhaas said that

was abrogated by the abrogation of the mandate of the night prayer. That is what Abdullah ibn Mas`ood understood فانصب (then stand up) in 94:7 to mean.

Dr. Zayd rejects the claim, because other interpretations of the word have been offered, such as to supplicate, suggested by Qataada, Mujaahid and Al-Hasan Al-Basri.

I'd add that we've shown before that the mandate of night prayer was not abrogated for the Prophet, peace be upon him. See the related topic of "Did 73:20 abrogate 73:1-4?"

For:

Against:
Qataada, Mujaahid and Al-Hasan Al-Basri (implied, according to Dr. Zayd),
Ibn Salaama (who said that there are no abrogated verses in Chapter 94),
Dr. Mustafa Zayd.
