Ibn Al-Jawzi reports that

was claimed abrogated but does not mention by what. Here is what he wrote,

ذكر الآية الثانية: قوله تعالى "ادفع بالتي هي أحسن السيئة". للمفسرين في معناها هذا أربعة أقوال: الأول ادفع إساءة المسييء بالصفح قال الحسن. والثاني ادفع الفحش بالإسلام، قاله عطاء والضحاك. والثالث ادفع الشرك بالتوحيد قاله ابن السائب. والرابع ادفع المنكر بالموعظة، حكاه الماوردي. وقد ذكر بعض المفسرين أن هذه الآية منسوخة. وقال بعض المحققين من العلماء لا حاجة بنا إلى القول بالنسخ، لأن المداراة محمودة ما لم تضر بالدين ولم يؤد إلى إبطال حق وإثبات باطل


He reports four interpretations of the verse, none of which makes a case for abrogation.
