Ibn Al-Jawzi reports that

And that Ibn As-Saa'ib claimed it was abrogated by
He writes,
He dismisses the claim quoting exegetes explaining what is meant by prayer is the mandatory prayer and others said it means supplication and that moderating the voice does not negate humility.
Am I the only one who sees that the three verses talk about three
different things? 17:110 instructs the Prophet to be moderate in voicing the ritual prayer, 7:205 instructs him to be quiet when he remembers God and 15:94 instructs him to comply with what God orders him and ignore the harassment of polytheists. Where is any possible abrogation here?
