Al-Khazraji, in his book نفس الصباح في غريب القرآن وناسخه ومنسوخه, volume 1, page 342, says that Qataada said that

was abrogated by

But the majority disagreed since what is forbidden is to approach an orphan's property unjustly. Makki said in his book الإيضاح, page 250, that this is made clearer by the clause والله يعلم المفسد من المصلح (and God knows the abuser from the conscientious) in 2:220. Great observation.
