Found yet another great resource. It stands firmly on the notion that the definition of نسخ has changed. It also quotes Shah Waliullah and Al-Jabri then refutes a number of cases.

It also tells the titles of Shaekh Muhammad Al-Ghazaali's book against abrogation, it's And we learn that the famous author Muhammad Abu-Zahra also rejected abrogation in his book, مصادر الفقه الإسلامي, not to leave out Muhammad Al-Khudary, who also refuted all cases of abrogation.

2. A short American Muslim article whose author has a Western name. It seems matter-of-factual and logical.

No wonder, he's a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Kansas, and the author of a number of excellent books about Islam. He's a convert from atheism.

According to this post on another forum, this is another book we can look into which refutes all abrogation claims,

In fact, its three subtitles are:

He also mentions another name who is anti-abrogation: Dr. Ahmad Hijaazi As-Saqqa,

And Abd-ul-Muta`aal Al-Jabri,

I managed to get a hard copy of Al-Jabri's book. It is the second edition, which the author says adds to the first edition rebuttals to those who reacted to the first edition. The title of the 2nd edition book is الناسخ و المنسوخ بين الإثبات والنفي (with the original title shown) and this seems to be a take on the above mentioned writeup by Farghali.

The publisher is Wahba Bookstore in Cairo, and the book was published in 1987 while the first edition was published in 1961.

I got a copy of the first edition of فتح المنان في نسخ القرآن by Ali Hasan Al-Areedh, supervisor of preaching at Al-Azhar. It is dated 1973 and is published by Al-Khanji Bookstore مكتبة الخانجي in Egypt.

He dedicated the book to "every free Muslim, protective of his religion, lover of the Quran and the truth, wanting to research and read for knowledge." I could've used that as dedication for readers of this forum :)

He stated repeatedly in the book that abrogation cannot be claimed without an authentic proof from the Quran or the Sunna. Yet, he goes on to find five cases in which he asserts are abrogation cases, though he cannot furnish proof, only interpretation!

After finishing reading the book, it was obvious to me that Al-Areedh was struggling throughout his four-year study and throughout the pages of the book to reconcile his gut feeling that no abrogation exists in the Quran and the prevailing opinion of the scholars that it does. Many times he sounded like he was reassuring himself more than he was reassuring the reader.

He finishes his book saying the following,
