Good translation, but I think "and ruined is he" should be "and may he [too] be ruined."

{111:1} May the hands of Abu-Lahab perish and may he perish.

I suggest,
{111:3} He will burn in a Fire with [blazing] flame.

Not sure about "perish" or "be ruined" for that matter. A word that is closer to pure scolding would capture the meaning better.
