I suggest,

{109:1} Say, "O you disbelievers,"

{109:2} "I do not worship what you worship."

{109:3} "Nor are you worshiping what I worship."

{109:4} "Nor am I worshiping what you worship."

{109:5} "Nor are you worshiping what I worship."

{109:6} "For you is your religion, and for me is [my] religion."

Verses 109:3 and 109:5 are identical in Arabic, therefore, their English translations should also be identical. Anything else would be an interpretation. It is interesting to note that in both Arabic and English, the present participle tense is used for the present as well as the future, which is very likely the two uses in these verses.
