Quote:
{9:61} And among them are those who abuse the Prophet and say, "He is an ear." Say, "[It is] an ear of goodness for you that believes in God and believes the believers and [is] a mercy to those who believe among you." And those who abuse the Messenger of God - for them is a painful punishment.

I suggest,
{9:61} And among them are those who abuse the Prophet and say, "He is an ear." Say, "An ear of goodness for you; he believes in God and has faith in the believers and [is] a mercy to those who believe among you." And those who abuse the Messenger of God - for them is a painful torment.

This time, it is a translation issue :). The reference to God and His messenger in

is made with a singular "to satisfy him" not "to satisfy them" which raises the question: what is intended, and if translated with this structure, should it be "him" or "Him"?

Good observation. It is, if I understand correctly, an Arabic syntax style which means both. Thus, it is rather easy to translate - by omitting the pronoun, i.e., "And God and His Messenger are more worthy to satisfy"

Quote:
{9:62} They swear by God to you [Muslims] to satisfy you. But God and His Messenger are more worthy for them to satisfy, if they should be believers.

I suggest,
{9:62} They swear by God to you [all] to satisfy you, but God and His Messenger are more worthy to satisfy - if they have been believers.

Quote:
{9:63} Do they not know that whoever opposes God and His Messenger - that for him is the fire of Hell, wherein he will abide eternally? That is the great disgrace.

I suggest,
{9:63} Did they not know that whoever opposes God and His Messenger - that for him then is the fire of Gehenna (Hell), lasting therein? That is the grand disgrace.
