The Arabic uses an emphatic conjugation (توكيد) to state that there will come messengers. Therefore, I suggest,
{7:35} O children of Adam, if there should certainly come to you envoys from among you relating to you My verses, then whoever has watched out [for God] and reformed - then no fear shall be upon them, nor shall they grieve.Quote:
{7:36} But the ones who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
I suggest,
{7:36} But the ones who have belied Our signs and deemed themselves [too] big for them - then those are the inmates of the Fire; they therein are lasting.
