{7:143} And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he said, "Lord, let me see so I may look at You." [God] said, "You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should settle in its place, then you will see Me." When his Lord appeared to the mountain, He made it level, and Moses fell down stunned. And when he awoke, he said, "Exalted are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers."
I suggest,

And once his Lord manifested to the mountain, He made it a complanate, and Moses fell down stunned. And once he came to, he said, "Sanctified are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers."Quote:
{7:144} [God] said, "O Moses, I have chosen you over the people with My messages and My words [to you]. So take what I have given you and be among the grateful."
I suggest,
{7:144} [God] said, "O Moses, I have chosen you over the people with My messages and My speaking [to you], so take what I have given you and be among the thankful."
