{10:37} And it was not [possible] for this Quran to be produced by other than God, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.

I suggest,
{10:37} And it was not [possible] for this Quran to be produced by other than God. Rather, [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the Book. There is no doubt in it. [It is] from the Lord of the worlds.

{10:38} Or do they say [about the Prophet], "He invented it?" Say, "Then bring forth a surah like it and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides God, if you should be truthful."

There is no reason why we can't translate سورة as "Chapter" even though the Arabic word carries more meaning. Transliteration serves little purpose for the unfamiliar reader. I suggest,
{10:38} Or do they say [about the Prophet], "He invented it?" Say, "Then bring forth a chapter like it and call upon whomever you can besides God [for assistance], if you should be truthful."

Quote:
{10:39} Rather, they have denied that which they encompass not in knowledge and whose interpretation has not yet come to them. Thus did those before them deny. Then observe how was the end of the wrongdoers.

I suggest,
{10:39} Rather, they have denied that whose knowledge they did not encompass and whose ultimate interpretation has not come to them. Thus did those before them deny. Then observe how was the end of the wrongdoers.
